As part of our team, you’ll help with vulnerability assessments, compliance programme evaluations, and gap analyses to assist clients in reducing their money laundering and sanctions exposure.

The Opportunity

As part of the Anti Money Laundering team you are responsible for managing compliance-related consulting engagements within a top consulting or accounting firm. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop premium deliverables. You are also accountable for compliance with AML/BSA and OFAC laws and regulations, applying such requirements in a business environment.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • ACAMs, ACFCS, CRCM, CGSS certifications preferred

  • Proficiency in Sanctions and AML laws and regulations

  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and operations

  • Skills in financial crimes compliance programs

  • Managing multiple complex projects and large teams

  • Developing AML and OFAC risk assessments

  • Strategic application of internal control environments

  • Communicating with clients and managing expectations

    • Developing risk management programs

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
