Forklift Operator\ Washburn, ME FT/Days Temp-to-Hire Opportunity\ \ Job Description:\ \ Full-time openings for a Forklift Operator in Washburn. This position offers competitive pay and benefits; PTO, 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance. Full-Time/Days; 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; \$18.00 - \$19.00/hr.\ \ The Forklift Operator will use loaders, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move materials and finished product around the job site. Other duties will include manual loading/unloading of materials, and routine equipment maintenance. Applicants should have a good understanding of how to operate motorized equipment safely and efficiently. OSHA forklift certification required.\ \ Responsibilities:

• Operate loaders, forklifts, and other equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Organize, label, and prepare products for storage and shipment.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Follow all job site safety requirements outlined in company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Assist production crews with loading/unloading and job site cleanup as needed.
• Perform other tasks as required by job site supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• OSHA forklift certification required.
• Two or more years experience operating a forklift strongly preferred.
