Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of machine operating experience. However, if you don't have machine operating experience, but you have engaged in mechanically inclined hobbies for at least three years, you're welcome to apply. You will be working on various types of machines, so your mechanical aptitude is crucial to your success in this role. Safety is our number one priority! You will be trained on day shift for approximately one month, paired with an experienced operator. Note that our first shift starts from 6:00AM to 4:30PM (Mon-Thu) and the second shift from 4:30PM to 2:00AM (Mon-Thu). The pay rate is $18.48/hour, with a $2.00 differential for the second shift.

Work Environment

The work environment can be loud, and you will be required to wear safety equipment such as ear plugs, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and a non-flammable jumpsuit. You will be operating potentially dangerous machines, so safety is paramount. The environment can also be somewhat dirty, and there are forklifts in operation.
