Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Foster Case Coordinator in Warwick, Rhode Island

Calling all caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in Foster Care. Devereux (Therapeutic Foster Care in Warwick Rhode Island) has an immediate opening for a Foster Care Supervisor (Case Coordinator.)

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

Base pay starting at $18.94/hour, additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field up to $22.59/hr.

Paid Orientation Training.

Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred.

In this role you will supervise a case load of therapeutic foster homes/placements and provide both case management and clinical services to support both the families and the children in care. You will also serve as liaison between the foster parents, school, biological parents, DCYF and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits, developing and implementing treatment plans and assessments and participation in the on-call rotation; are also part of the ongoing responsibilities.

Available hours for this position are: Monday through Friday 9-5 occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.

Qualifications

For consideration, you must have:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • A valid driver's license & Reliable transportation

  • BA or BS in Human Services related field required . Masters preferred.

  • At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families required

  • 2 days Paid orientation (Monday & Tuesday 8-4pm)

  • After orientation the schedule would remain Monday - Friday , with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
