Responsibilities:
Management of the Head of IT M&A and NETT Integration work agenda
Organization and of business trips
Organization of business meetings and special events
Settlement of business expenses
Organization and of business trips
Settle vendor invoices
Ongoing cooperation with service providers
Ensuring the correct circulation of information and documents
What we expect:
Higher education (preferred field: economics, management, administration, psychology)
Experience in a similar position
Good organization of own work
Ability to cope with stressful situations and under time pressure
Very good MS Office knowledge
Very good knowledge of English
Communicativeness and ease of contact
Positive attitude and good energy
Knowledge of German language will be an advantage
