Nestle Personal Assistant in Warszawa, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Head's calendar

  • Organization of business meetings and events

  • Settlement of business expenses

  • Organization of business trips

  • Settlement of vendor invoices

  • Ongoing cooperation with service providers

  • Ensuring the correct circulation of information and documents

What * * we * * expect:

  • Higher education (preferred fields: economics, management,administration, psychology)

  • Very good MS Office knowledge

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Experience in a similar position

  • Good organization of work

  • Communicativeness and ease of contact

  • Positive attitude and good energy

  • Knowledge of German language will be an advantage
