Responsibilities:
Management of the Head's calendar
Organization of business meetings and events
Settlement of business expenses
Organization of business trips
Settlement of vendor invoices
Ongoing cooperation with service providers
Ensuring the correct circulation of information and documents
What * * we * * expect:
Higher education (preferred fields: economics, management,administration, psychology)
Very good MS Office knowledge
Very good knowledge of English
Experience in a similar position
Good organization of work
Communicativeness and ease of contact
Positive attitude and good energy
Knowledge of German language will be an advantage
