Description

The main purpose of the position is to provide information, analysis and conclusions necessary to make strategic business decisions. Close cooperation with Financial Director and other business decisions makers.

Main responsibilities

  • Support in the business planning and analysis process to execute individual brand plans as well as those of the entire organization. Responsible for regular review of business performance (according to defined indicators.

  • Performing business and financial analysis (e.g., by sales, customers, operating expenses) and presenting opportunities for improvement.

  • Prepare brand/brand analyses and recommend solutions aimed at steady and profitable growth.

  • Analyze brand sales performance in terms of category share, pricing, volume, among others; as well as actual sales performance against previous forecasts. Identify opportunities/threats and analyze their impact on budget.

  • Supporting key investment decisions by providing relevant analysis and recommendations.

  • Supporting the strategic planning process both at the individual brand level and their subsequent consolidation.

  • Conducting projects leading to improvements in financial efficiency, productivity and improvement of systems.

  • Engaging in the development of business procedures within the organization.

  • Using best practices in the region, providing suggestions for improvements for the brand(s), both locally and regionally.

Qualifications

We expect candidates to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and/or business (sales or marketing), CIMA, ACCA desirable but not a must.

  • Very good command of languages: English very good, knowledge of additional languages such as Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian welcome

  • Ability to "multi-task" in a dynamic and diverse international environment.

  • Developed problem solving and "solution category thinking" skills.

  • Ability to identify key issues and prioritize tasks.

  • Team orientation and ability to work with partners at all levels in the organization.

  • Experience working with financial systems (SAP, BI, One stream).

  • Ability to integrate information from various sources, analyze its impact and develop trends for the business.

  • Experience in the area of project management will be an added advantage.
