This is a hybrid role in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Raytheon Polska is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed Contracts Department. This paid internship provides an unparalleled opportunity to delve into the complexities of contract management and development within a dynamic, internationally recognized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the contracts team to ensure the meticulous management and execution of the Poland Patriot Program contracts.

  • Lead the development of high-quality documentation and presentations for critical negotiations with esteemed clients.

  • Manage the timely updates of contract performance timelines and coordinate the seamless issuance of certificates.

  • Act as a rigorous editor and proofreader, guaranteeing the precision and uniformity of all documents delivered to our valued clients.

  • Work with translation experts to ensure accurate translations of crucial documents, both incoming and outgoing.

  • Support the configuration management processes and streamline the archiving of our contract documentation.

  • Update our Supplier Database and actively participate in obtaining quotes from our extensive network of suppliers and vendors.

  • Engage in local procurement activities with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

  • Assist in the strategic process of vetting and integrating new suppliers and vendors, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in the final two years of a law school or contracts, with a strong academic track record.

  • Proficiency in both Polish and English, with superior written and oral communication skills necessary for effective management discussions.

  • Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to manage complex contract details and presentations effectively.

  • English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level (Advanced), enabling confident interactions with international stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, aiming for excellence in every project undertaken.

  • A team player with the ability to work effectively in diverse groups, driving innovation and collective achievement.
