ReSound Test Manager in Warsaw, United States

As a Test Manager , you will:

  • Prepare, plan & execute an overall test strategy for the productensuring that software meets quality standards and is free from errors or defects

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as product managers, project managers, developers, QA engineers, business core users and othersto secure that testing covers all project scope & all type of users, aligns with project goals and objectives

  • Coordinatetesting efforts of QA team increating test cases, running tests and handling defects

  • Manage test dependencies,identify risks, prepare & execute mitigation plan

  • Regularly update Delivery manager and project team on current testing plan status & risks

  • Plan and execute end-to-end go-live and post-launchtest coverage and QA process

What is required :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in SW Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

  • 3+ years of professional experience as QA Lead/Test Managerof enterprise solutions in .com domain

  • Hands-on experience with testing teams and various testing approaches, tools & best practices

  • Hands-on experience working in a project basedsetup where you can manage and execute end-to-end testing processes with changing requirements and priorities of the project/program

  • You should be able to clearly articulate project testing goals, progress and issues to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • You should be adaptable and flexible in your approach, ready to accommodate changes and adjust the testing strategy accordingly

  • Experience of client-side technologies (HTML, CSS)

  • Experience with REST APIs (XML, JSON) and Postman (or equivalent client)

  • Experience in load testing

  • You are a dedicated team player with effective communication skills and by being part of a distributed team, you will communicate a lot with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors

  • You have fluent English language skills, and you feel confident working in a cross-cultural environment
