We have been operating continuously for over 100 years, and for the past year we have been intensively expanding the team in Warsaw.

Due to the further development of the company, we are looking for candidates for the position:

Business Customer Service Consultant (German)

What we do:

• We handle customer inquiries regarding business trips by phone and email

• We advise on business trip planning

• We book flights, train tickets, rent cars and book accommodation - in the GDS Amadeus system

• We support clients in completing travel documentation (e.g. visas)

• We support clients during their travels – we make changes to orders and help in crisis situations

What we require:

• Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)

• Good knowledge of English (enabling contact with airlines around the world, for example)

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service

• Accuracy and responsibility

• Ability to work under time pressure
