Stryker Sourcing Lead Analyst - Trauma Division in Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for a Sourcing Lead Analyst in Warsaw to join our Global Sourcing Team. Reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing, you will be entrusted to manage a portfolio of suppliers (packaging) that feed our manufacturing sites in Germany and Switzerland.

What you will do:

  • Supplier Relationship:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers

  • Support cost saving initiatives and measures as well as drive own cost saving project

  • Negotiating contracts, prices and delivery term

  • Perform regular supplier reviews and on-site visits

  • Risk and Compliance Management:

  • Identifying and managing risks associated with the supply chain.

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.​

  • Reporting :

  • Develop, run and distribute regular reportings.

  • Support and ensure that PPV reporting is executed in line with Stryker Global Sourcing processes and annual standard cost setting guidance is followed

  • Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization.​

  • Continuous improvement programs, addressing Quality, Service and Cost.

What you need

  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain management or other commercial areas

  • Fluency in English is a must, Polish &/or German would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, data management and supply chain software

  • Strategic Thinking

  • Communication

  • Analytic Skills for evaluating market trends and supplier data

  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external teams

  • Problem Solving and Adaptibility

  • Finance basics
