Your New Role :

The Senior Technical Analyst will assist the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to multiple applications and business processes including improving business processes and aligning key metrics.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Technical Analysis and Customer Support 75%

  • Ensure Concur system is operational and is always accessible to users

  • Expense Administration functions in Concur, including audit rules, managing policies, expense types, group configurations, etc.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues in a timely manner

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to expense process, policies and issues using Service-Now

  • Engage technical and business groups to resolve more complex issues

  • Manage orphaned credit cards and transactions in Concur and assigns them to the appropriate employee

  • Monitor daily jobs and resolve any issues/exceptions including account extracts and employee file imports

  • Assist with any technical and functional training of users and administrators

  • Develop new Concur Intelligence reports, run, setup and modify reports as needed by various business areas

  • Ensure best practices and processes are being maintained and implemented

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancement

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT/ ANALYTICS 25%

  • Assist project team, key stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and develop and maintain detailed project plans using standard tools

  • Assist in establishing and coordinating the project plan for migration of the project into production

  • Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement

  • Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned

  • Help provide training and training materials for new processes

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Concur Expense and/or Request configuration, SAP ICS and relevant support experience is a plus

  • Two or more years in helpdesk or general customer/client and end user support experience

  • 3-5 years of software troubleshooting experience

  • Two or more years of experience using reporting tools including Cognos is preferred

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems including SAP S4 is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work, lead and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently and work independently

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets

  • Speak Polish and English fluently

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • Experience working in a national or global company

  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)

  • Comfortable in working in highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
