IQVIA Senior Director - CFSP Global Alliance Lead - Based in EMEA in Warsaw, Poland
This role is responsible and accountable for:
Lead strategic planning, direction and support including full operational and financial account management for assigned Functional Service Provider (FSP) model(s) as well as the management point of contact for the model.
Oversee and be accountable for complex, global contracts which govern FSP model(s).
Accountable for effectively collaborating across regional leaders for operational delivery for assigned FSP model(s).
Serve as key contact for customer expansion and renewal opportunities and initiatives.
Serve as primary contact with select customer contacts to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.
Act as the key relationship manager and escalation point for assigned FSP model(s); recommend courses of action regarding client management issues; implement plan following approval by senior management.
Support cross-offering coordination where appropriate
The role is expected to generally divide time:Operational Model General Management (30%)Model Relationship Management (30%)*Model Financial Oversight (30%)
*General Business Development Support (10%)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in scientific discipline or health care preferred.•
At least 12 years clinical trials experience including experience in a management/leadership capacity or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Specific CFSP experience is valuable
Broad knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Advanced knowledge of clinical research financial parameters and project financial tracking and accounting methods.
Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Collaboration - Ability to work across geographies displaying high awareness and understanding of cultural differences, as well as establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
Leadership - Ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, have difficult conversations with internal stakeholders and customers as well as negotiate solutions.
Strong ability to balance operational and strategic priorities.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
