We have a great role available for a Senior Cash Management Analyst at CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions (work location: Warsaw).

Goal of the function:

You will be responsible for supporting the financial administration and payments team on a timely and accurate basis. You will perform audits on the invoice approval and payment process, support in processing urgent/manual payments, assist in monitoring approval matrices and flows within the system, address backlogs and handle exceptions.

What are going to be your main responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Payments team in processing invoices and other payment requests via internal mailboxes

  • Prepare STP payment batches and manual payments in banking/payment platforms

  • Track and monitor flows and exceptions to identify possible improvements

  • Address vendor/client enquiries as required

  • Prepare and distribute AP Invoice Aging/Status reports

  • Support the process of bank reconciliations

  • Process daily bank statements

  • Perform audits on the invoice approval and the payments process to ensure accuracy and that all (SOC) audit requirements are met

MUST Have:

  • Experience in manual payment input into external banking platforms

  • Understanding of payment terms such as (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC, etc.)

Who are going to be your main contacts?

Internal: Treasury and Payments team, Finance departments within Global Investment Administration, Internal Audit and Technology team

External: Clients, External service providers, Vendors, Banks – banking systems

What are we looking for?

  • A bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics (or equivalent experience may be considered)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • You are a dynamic and flexible person and can perform individual tasks independently, but are also able to work in an international team and environment
