Nielsen Sales Administrator with French in Warsaw, Poland
Aim of the position
Play an active role in sales support to the wider sales team - predominantly France but also ITY/DE
Account management tasks - check in calls with clients to ensure levels of satisfaction
Book client meetings
Proposal creation
Create sales decks
Create DAR billing files (excel)
Find new opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets using LinkedIn and other tools
Liaise with Finance
Chase unpaid Invoices
Responsibilities
Collaborate and exchange with other team members where necessary to improve sales process and materials
Book Renewal Meetings
Prep renewal proposals
SF admin/checking/SAP creation
Vendor Setup process
Skills
1-2 years working in a sales/admin support role
Knowledge of CRM systems ie Salesforce/Salesloft or equivalent
Spreadsheet Acumen
Business level French and English
Good math skills
Basic Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape (preferable not essential)
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
