Your New Role...
You will provide key support to the FP&A Resource Planning FP&A COE Team with management and governance of planning system, data reporting and analytics ownership and driving standardized processes across organization related to internal and external personnel. You will be responsible for leading implementation of required systems enhancements and ensuring system maintenance from FP&A perspective. You will lead development of required data reporting and analytics related to costs of organization to drive insights for stakeholders about their cost of organization.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Lead, coach and develop team of managers and analysts
Engage with finance teams and business partnets to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop and enhance FP&A Resource Planning system which allows to forecast/plan, report and analyze cost of WBD organization
Lead administration and maintenence of FP&A reporting/analytics applications as part of business as usual (ensure data integrity between HR system and FP&A Resource Planning system and other applications (ie. EPMs or ERPs), support escalated system issues are addressed between IT and FP&A Systems teams
Ensure data quality in the systems based on developed data governance policies and implement them in the organization through training program
Lead design, development and maintaintenace of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions supporting cost of organization
Design and maintain personnel cost KPIs and benchmarking analysis which can be reviewed on regular basis by business
Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
Conduct design reviews and oversee QA functions for the information delivery applications, including ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed
Identify current process gaps and non standardized processes within cost of organization area and drive changes to align to global blueprint
Develop and delivers knowledge transfer to the business users and withing Resource Planning FP&A COE teams
Partner with global HR teams and business stakeholders to identify required analytics supporting decision making in cost of organization area and drive implementation of these in most efficient way for organization.
Qualifications & Experience…
Experience in leading and developing team
10 years of working experience in Finance, especially in Finance Systems and/or FP&A areas
Strong experience with EPM systems, data visualization tools and a Business Intelligence Interfaces
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience working effectively across internal and external organizations
Experience working with relational databases
Familiar with Data Visualization best practices
Excellent analytical skills
Project management, change management and process improvement experience
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data and to translate this into concrete actions
