Citigroup Regulatory & Controls Program Management Senior Lead in Warsaw, Poland

Team/Role Overview:

The Program Management Senior Lead is a strategic professional (Senior Manager) who will join the global HR (Human Resources) Transformation Management Team within a HR Regulatory Management & Transformation Execution - Consent Order function . This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Consent Order Execution Support in New York.

What you'll do:

  • Manages a sub-set as well as a portfolio of Consent Order commitment level scoping, challenge and closure documentation according to Central Program PMO (Project Management Office) standards for check and challenge and Internal Audit (IA) validation

  • Manages a sub-set as well as a portfolio of corresponding milestones for business function quality control execution lifecycle that corresponds to assigned Consent Order commitment scoping documents

  • Ensures creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.

  • Leads interaction with Transformation Lead Quality Control team and Internal Audit including agreement on closure criteria, preview of closure material and questions

  • Makes sure that all areas of the program are appropriately staffed.

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.

  • Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones, and receive schedule status regularly.

  • Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.

What we'll need from you:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions

  • Proven experience in regulatory documentation, compliance, or a related field.

  • Excellent technical writing skills with a focus on clarity and precision for document submissions to Internal Audit and Regulators

  • Previous experience on documenting closure of MRAs, MRIAs or Consent Order remediation would be a plus.

  • Experience in working on consent order/ regulatory order would be a great advantage

  • Candidates with Audit background are very welcome to apply

  • Commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation; strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and deadlines.

  • Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with well-developed listening skills and ability to garner support and secure buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders

  • Willingness to occasionally work in non-standard hours with the US-based Team.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; Masters degree would be a plus.
