About the role

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our Central Eastern Europe, Turkey & UCCA Professional Services team. In this role you will manage the deployment of PLM / MOM software solutions, helping our enterprise level customers across the region.

This opportunity is based in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid working is available).

Area of responsibility

• Working with Sales and Services Management to review and agree a structure with customers, helping to define the project roles and responsibilities, and handle customer expectations.

• Leading the Project life-cycle, leveraging Siemens Delivery Framework, this will include; Review the customer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives, Support project risk management including; planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling

• Lead and resolve issues with all necessary internal and external partners

• Running the projects financials, including delivering projects to the approved budgets and agreed margins, reviewing the performance of the projects and provide realistic project forecasts.

• Support the organisational culture, values and reputation in company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers and partners.

• This is a customer facing role and therefore you must be willing to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by DISW or specified by the customer.

Qualifications:

• Experiencing leading Software projects, including Software implementation and Software support for customers.

• Experience of Enterprise level software applications, ideally knowledge of PLM / MOM software technologies (Teamcenter, OpsCenter), however we will welcome candidates who have experience of SAP / ERP applications within the manufacturing sector (e.g. automotive, defense, aerospace).

• Experience of working with external customers in a commercial environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
