Emerson Outside Sales Engineer in Warsaw, Poland

In this position the Job Holder as our Outside Sales Engineer, will directly manage all Measurement Solutions (MSOL) business with a defined portfolio of End User accounts in the area of North West Poland to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the necessary relationships with key stakeholders in existing customers and new target accounts in order to optimally position each MSOL product line and value offering.

In this role you will be

  • Responsible for the achievement of Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets for the full Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the agreed account portfolio.

  • Own the bookings forecast for the portfolio of account and ensure monthly delivery of the volume dedication, as well as complete immediate recovery actions if any risk is identified

  • Negotiate with customers relevant business contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority – including discount, price and volume structures.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business, needs and language and actively promote suitable products and solutions to address these needs

  • Proactively communicate to the country sales management and Industry sales Leader all market trends, evidence of competition strategies, and customer behavior which may affect the overall MSOL business strategies.

  • Cooperate closely with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers, and work to improve customer happiness.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Engineering degree or comparable technical education

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Outside Sales, especially with regard to the measurement products

  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Polish and English

  • Willingness to travel within the Region and international

  • Driving license

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Interest and experience in the field of automation hardware and software, I&C and processes - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus

  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
