P&G’s global Fabric & Home Care Business Unit is rapidly growing its DevOps organization. We are looking to hire IT Application Managers to develop and govern outstanding IT Solutions supporting our Manufacturing in plants around the world.

Application Managers in the F&HC IT DevOps Team are responsible for handling applications in the Fabric & Home Care, including partnering with external vendor teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure digital compliance with industry standard processes and P&G Policies

• Drive excellence for the business with hands-on IT housekeeping, monitoring, and testing for solutions in a combined IT/OT (operational technology) environment

• Collaborate with P&G and partners to understand, verify and maintain shared capabilities across Manufacturing Sites

• Push continuous evolution of managed applications to optimize cost, capacity, and performance

• Build and sustain shared expertise and standard processes with local teams and key partners

Job Qualifications

• Experience and showed talent in configuring and developing with Power BI, Python and Microsoft Azure

• Substantial understanding of Information Security, Operational Excellence, and IT Stewardship

• Capability in automating and innovating maintenance and support tasks, including working within DevOps and Agile frameworks

• Solid ability to independently analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns, and communicate concepts with non-IT professionals

• English proficiency

Qualifications (Preferred Skills):

• A genuine interest in engineering / manufacturing (applications in scope are primarily operating in factories with production machines)

• Experience with: Azure Databricks, data engineering, PowerApps

• Experience or certificate with CI/CD and DevOps methodologies

• Proficient in agile delivery & creating technical documentation for external development teams
