Are you a dynamic and passionate HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on P&G Technology Hub? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are seeking an HR Senior Specialist to join our CE Tech Hub team and take ownership of various crucial responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our organization.

In HR, you will partner with your various leaders to deliver business and organizational priorities; through engagement, transformation and operations.

As a HR Senior Specialist in Central Europe Technology Hub HR team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shaping the employee experience from day one for 200+ Employees through the year - You will lead the first days onboarding program for new hires, ensuring that they feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to hit the ground running.

  • Being the single point of contact (SPOC) for employee questions regarding benefits and company policies - You will serve as a trusted resource, providing guidance, clarity and stepping in to solve queries.

  • Managing internal communications through multiple official channels (portal, e-mails, office screens) – You will ensure that employees are well-informed about company updates, initiatives, and events.

  • Support HR Business Partners and the local Leadership Team in maintaining employee processes and organizational activities – You will ensure all HR initiatives are executed flawlessly.

  • Oversee admin team work, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately - Your strong leadership skills will empower the team to excel in their roles, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR processes.

  • Acting as the Workday expert - You will handle employees queries and provide assistance. Your expertise in Workday will be essential in generating HR reports and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient English & Polish

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, benefits administration

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Fluency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams), knowledge of Power BI is a plus

  • Ability to learn new things quickly and agility

  • Strong operational field – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels

  • Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds

  • Ability to develop technical deep understanding in complex processes and technical applications used in P&G operations
