We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Insights Analyst to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of HR data, and the ability to translate information into actionable insights. As an HR Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making processes by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize Recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting.

  • Collect, analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights.

  • Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on key Recruiting Metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, workforce diversity etc.

  • Create visually compelling dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders.

Data Integrity & Quality

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data provided.

  • Keen focus on quality of data sources.

Benchmarking & Market Research

  • Competitive analysis.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practise to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our US colleagues, including HR business partners, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits teams, to gather data and insights.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
