The Global Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst will perform risk and compliance reviews as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. Your role will involve reviewing, analyzing, and conducting due diligence on higher-risk cases that may pose a potential risk to our organization.

Responsibilities :

• Create KYC Records by sourcing information from internal and external sources within the agreed deadline.

• Interact with stakeholders to update the system with information until final approval of the KYC Record.

• Review information from various sources for company news and updates.

• Validate the information within records to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Complete records incorporating local regulatory requirements and global AML KYC procedures.

• Identify and perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk individuals related to Foreign Corresponding Banks.

• Maintain and demonstrate the status of work using tracking tools.

• Report workflow progress or potential escalations to the supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years’ experience in banking or KYC.

• Experience in control, risk, or compliance (AML/KYC) functions is an advantage.

• Knowledge of local regulatory KYC/AML requirements.

• ACAMS Certification is a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Strong research skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
