Financial Analyst, Transformation Office

About the Role:

This job is part of the Transformation Office:

The purpose of this position is to support the core Transformation Office functions including, document management, portfolio governance and prepare financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance and will need to be in Warsaw.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the coordination of day-to-day activities within the Finance Transformation Office, including production of portfolio level reporting, project financial control and reporting, and process management standards and frameworks.

  • Driving continuous improvement and maintain an appropriate governance, including creation procedures and templates.

  • Help assess new opportunities, creating Business Cases, perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation for selected initiatives.

  • Ongoing monitoring, savings, and project tracking.  

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be concise and tailor message to relevant audience. Fluency in English, written and spoken.

  • An understanding of a Corporate Finance Function and having worked on a Finance Transformation program would be preferred.

  • Strong Smartsheet knowledge.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Self-motivated and results driven.

  • Strong team player, flexible, resourceful.
