Job Description

We are looking for a commercially focused e-commerce Key Account Manager with exposure to the Polish E-Commerce sector to become part of our Poland, Ukraine, and Baltic region (PUB) and help us reach more builders at one of the most loved brands.

We have an excellent opportunity for a collaborative relationship focused and analytically savvy individual to grow our digital offering in partnership with our customers. Core Responsibilities

  • Scouting for new partners with a focus on Home & Decor, DIY categories

  • Having the full ownership for maintaining and establishing the relationship with our Polish ecommerce customers

  • Your experience in running ecommerce accounts with special focus on omni-channel customers and on digital tools (ads/display ads, advertisement) will be great benefit.

  • Preparing and execution of operational customer business plans and as well implementing the strategy.

  • A strong eye for business with significant exposure to working on trading terms to deliver new business with partners.

  • Preparing & analysing sales reports, customer scorecard, ecommerce data based on google analytics, trade analytics, marketplace data.

  • Collaborate will other Key Account team members, Trade Marketing, and the Digital Team to share knowledge and ensure effective processes and customer happiness aligned to our Partner Promise.

The position is within the B2B E-commerce department which currently represents half of the overall regional business. The role involves driving consumer sales through B2B partners and reports to Senior Key Account Manager and is pivotal to the overall channel strategy, focusing on Marketplaces and New Channels which are key growth pillars for both E-commerce and regions success.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Polish and English language skills both written and spoken are important to convey sophisticated ideas and proposals.

  • A strong eCommerce Key Account management background, preferably within top tier international FMCG.

  • Solid strategic orientation proven by shaping own area of responsibility.

  • Curious and customer centric, results orientated with a demonstrable performance record.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to listen and adjust.

  • PC skills – Google data analytics, SimiliarWeb
