Job Description:

Assist commuters with cash and card transactions on the Indiana Toll Road. Provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and troubleshoot EZ pass issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cash and card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot EZ pass issues.
• Learn toll classifications and prices.
• Use a touch screen iPad for transactions and end-of-shift banking.
• Give exact change quickly.
• Escalate issues to call center reps when needed.

• Maintain traffic flow.
• Ensure accurate transactions.

Benefits:

• $17.00/hour
• Climate-controlled booth with downtime for personal activities.

Shift:

• Varies see schedule- on a rotating schedule- Will be scheduled several weekends (SatandSun) a month.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/seated in a toll booth.
• Interacting with vehicles, reaching out of the window, walking short distances.

Environment:

• Indoor/outdoor conditions with window open.
