Duties

Lead business partner data analytics needs consultation, solution design, and implementation leveraging and directing offshore resources. Formulate or define project scope. Determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and scalable design solution, and delivers successful (on time, budget, and as defined in scope) implementation consistent with organizational objectives. Leverage the Data Lake and Data Warehouse. Lead, direct, and enable external partner resources to develop and deliver technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in delivery of all solutions. Partner with Data Analytics, IT and Business team members to continually drive process and technology improvements.

Requirements - Education and Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or foreign equivalent.

• Requires 6 years of experience in the job offered or related position.

• Requires experience with all of the following:

o Knowledge of Big Data, Hadoop, Cloud, and Analytics solutions, capabilities and expertise, and modern approach using Cloud and Big Data technology, including Azure, AWS Cloud or Google Cloud, Python or Spark, Data Bricks, Alteryx, or Data Robot;

o Foundational business process knowledge, including ERP transaction processes;

o Knowledge on Structured/unstructured/streaming data pipelines into Cloud;

o Shell scripting or scripting technologies such as Scala, Python, Java, or SQL;

o Knowledge on Data privacy rules/ regulation, including GDPR or HIPPA; and

o Exposure to SAP
