Duties

The IT Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the finance functionality of the JDE ERP application and partnering with business users to enhance those applications to meet evolving business needs; responsible for managing incidents and changes, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, performance tuning, application and data integration, and consulting with business users, IT peers, and project managers on projects; identify, qualify/quantify, prioritize solutions to address business needs, improve business effectiveness, and integrate the JDE ERP application with other applications and data; apply principles, concepts and practices of the IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC); proactively enforce worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected.

Your Background

Education - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related Engineering field, or foreign equivalent.

Must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position.

Must have 5 years of experience working with JDE finance functionality in an IT capacity.

Must have 3 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM and SDLC processes and tools to manage service requests, incidents, problems, and changes.

Must have 2 years of experience utilizing formal PMLC processes to deliver projects. Must have experience with the following:

• collaborating with Finance business partners to prepare business requirements documentation;

• preparing techno-functional design documentation; preparing and executing test scripts;

• integrating applications and data; and

• with supporting JDE at a manufacturing company.

Travel Expectations

Up to 10% of domestic travel required. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. the U.S.
