MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). * Must possess a valid Oregon Drivers License and be insurable by NCA\'s insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles; pass drug test; * Must pass a Criminal History Check and finger printing check * Certification in and maintain CPR/First Aid * Certification in and maintain OIS * Complete applicable Core Competencies within 90 days of hire Due to the specific needs of some individual(s) supported, some position assignments may require addition physical requirements.
