Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator who can efficiently produce parts according to provided specifications. Your responsibilities will include operating various equipment such as laser marking, magnetizer, grinding & thermal chamber, polishing, and lapping. You will be expected to accurately load and unload machines, follow router and quality procedures, and complete training provided by experienced machine operators or supervisors. You will also be responsible for basic machine maintenance, verifying product specifications, maintaining clean workspaces, and ensuring safe operation of machinery. Cross-training in various operations and cells will be provided as necessary.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing floor is home to approximately 60 diligent workers involved in various operations such as CNC, inspection, and assembly. All employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel-toed boots for protection. Our company is focused on Aerospace manufacturing and adheres to AS 9100 certifications and ITAR regulations. You will be working with older, manual machinery.
