This role is a team member of Global Wellness CBIA and focuses on business intelligence and data analytics, partnering with the Global Wellness team, key Business Units, and cross-functional partners to unlock global market potential, accelerate growth, and shape the VMS global category with a competitive advantage.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Be a key advisor and business partner of the Global Wellness Team by owning a holistic and comprehensive understanding for the Global Wellness business environment, including: macroeconomic, market landscape, competition dynamism, trend monitoring, growth opportunity, etc.

  • Partner to embed the Global Growth Framework, ensuring data informed decision on where to play choices and strategy.

  • Track global VMS business performance of own brands and competition and build clear picture of growth driver / issue for team to take action.

  • Generate forward looking and predictive views of category & brand performance by understanding drivers market share performance, competitive landscape, macro forces & trends etc.

  • To drive market intelligence and analysis work for global Wellness category, with leading analytic tools. Build / pilot new capabilities, via strong partnership with central CBIA team and external agencies.

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 2-3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Significant experience in Insight / BI related territories, both agency and client-side experience is preferred.

  • Strong expertise in analytical skills

  • Experience of working with global / multi-market datasets and the experience to understand how to assess performance across global markets (i.e. different context, channels, market development etc)

  • Proactive in driving business results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Confident to challenge the status quo and drive transformational and disruptive thinking

  • Self-starter, able to work effectively with limited oversight and within the complexities of a matrix environment

  • Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable insights

  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working across different functions

  • Ability to communicate with clarity and impact across team

The salary range for this role is: $131,888 - $181,346USD
