Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join the Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) Primary Care team at Warren. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a collegial environment within AMG and the Southern region. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services to the Warren community, we are expanding our team to meet the growing needs of our patients.
The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will play a pivotal role in the development of the Primary Care practice and will be comfortable working with patients from all ages. Responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Working in an outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with your patients, providing continuity of care and building trust. By collaborating closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will contribute to the delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Master’s degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
ACLS and BLS certification required
Minimum 3-5 years of Family Medicine experience preferred
Inpatient experience preferred
Must have excellent communication and computer skills
Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
