Job Title: Production Team Leader

Work hours are 2pm-10pm, with some Saturdays required but no Sundays.

You will average about 50-55 hours per week

Job Description

• We are looking to add Team Leaders to our team

• As a Team Leader, you will support the supervisor by monitoring the line for slow-downs, bottlenecks, or any employees that may need assistance

• You will become knowledgeable of all positions to effectively cover employees for restroom breaks or unexpected absences

• You will accurately track all line production and rejects to ensure good counts on finished parts

• Visual quality checks may also be required, and you will communicate any issues

• You will need to arrive 15 minutes before other employees to prepare for the day and send out daily emails with production numbers
