Job Summary

We are seeking a PHD Level Researcher with Generative AI and Machine Learning with 3 to 7 years of experience in PySpark and Python3 to join our dynamic team. The role involves working in a hybrid model with occasional travel requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing and optimizing data processing pipelines ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities

• PHD Researcher with Generative AI and Machine Learning expertise.

• Lead the development and optimization of data processing pipelines using PySpark and Python3.

• Oversee the integration of data from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of data processing systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues in a timely manner.

• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to project requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process.

• Participate in the planning and execution of data migration projects.

• Develop and maintain documentation for data processing systems and workflows.
