Wapello High School is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning teacher to inspire and guide our student athletes. In this role your will: design and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for various sports, instruct weightlifting and conditioning classes, promoting proper techniques and safety, motivate and encourage students to achieve their fitness goals and maximize their athletic potential. The ideal candidate may possess: a bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a certification in Strength and Conditioning (not required by highly desired), strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles, proven experience in coaching or teaching athletics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and coaches, enthusiasm for teamwork and a commitment to student success.
