We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Bellmore, New York. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of all financial transactions related to accounts payable within our team. The successful candidate will be involved in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately processing invoices and maintaining a 3-way match system involving purchase orders, receipts, and invoicing

• Utilizing Sage 100 for various accounts payable tasks

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate

• Performing regular check runs to ensure timely payment of invoices

• Coding invoices correctly to ensure proper categorization

• Data entry related to accounts payable and other financial transactions

• Efficiently processing invoices and managing accounts payable

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Leveraging QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Employing SAP for various financial operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential for this role.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Familiarity with Check Runs is essential.

• The ability to perform Coding Invoices is required.

• Strong Data Entry skills are necessary.

• Knowledge of Invoice Processing is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Experience with QuickBooks is required.

• Familiarity with SAP is necessary.

• Knowledge and experience in 3 Way Matching is required.
