Boehringer Ingelheim Accountant in Wanchai, Hong Kong

The Position

To handle the daily operation of accounting department

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations including AR, AP, GL & petty cash, namely support daily accounting duties, documentation preparation, filing and reporting.

  • Issue invoice and prepare journal vouchers.

  • Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations.

  • Communicate with Global Business Service center and other internal stakeholders/customers for invoices posting, payment and expenses claim, namely.

  • Perform ad hoc assignments/projects/duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or above in Accountancy or relevant.

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting.

  • Experience to work with Global Business Service center is a plus.

  • Knowledge in SAP system is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS office.

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin & English

  • Independent, self-motivated, hands-on mindset and skillset, strong sense of accountability and good team player.
