$55,000 - $74,000

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Provide accounting and analytical support and play an integral role in the success of the Company. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated employee who will analyze performance and recommend action needed to maximize the financial return for the facility.

  • Receive process and monitor progress of customer orders.

  • Regularly apprise customers of order status. Act as a liaison and problem-solver between the customer, sales, graphic design, accounting and production.

  • Monitor the customer's order through the plant from order placement to delivery.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with key customers to assure customer satisfaction.

  • Purchase raw materials & Schedule Production.

  • Manage the gathering of information critical to the successful completion of projects including:

  • specifications

  • construction cards

  • die vinyls

  • artwork & delivery requirements.

  • Provide estimates for pricing, quotes, and order acknowledgments as required on each project including design, prepress, and preprint pricing.

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • Degree in graphic arts, packaging, or graphic communication preferred, 2-3 years’ experience in graphics, graphics packaging or corrugated packaging.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer support/service capacity preferred.

  • Excellent safety and performance record.

  • Understanding of manufacturing and machine capabilities, product knowledge and scheduling, and job engineering from both the graphic and structural aspects of packaging.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to evaluate information, make good decisions and communicate them.

  • Must have the ability to set and shift priorities, work independently, and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to work irregular hours.

  • Demonstrated team player.
