Requirements | A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer service experience + steel-toes

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $20 - $22 per hour

Customer Service Representative Job Tasks

  • Represent the company professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with internal employees to determine product availability.
  • Communicate with the sales manager and broke representative to meet customer orders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints.
  • Interact with transportation carriers and the customer returns department.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on the status of pending orders.
  • Process all field requests.
