Assembly Technician

Pay: $18.80/hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Walton, KY

Description:

• Assembling and refurbishing used brakes.

• Assemble metal hardware to carbon/carbon disks as required for riveting operation.

• Kit heat stacks for customer order fulfillment as required

• Qualified to perform inspection of worn carbon disks; inspection of worn carbon requires initial operator qualification/certification with annual re-certification

• Accurate operation of precision dimensional measuring instruments

• Inspecting brakes and discs for wear and installing kits.

• Applying coatings to brake discs .

• Packing and loading product for shipment.
