Adecco is currently recruiting for Grinder Operator in the Walton Hills, Ohio area.

This Role Offers:

• Pay Range: $15-$17 Plus a Shift Differential of .75 per hour.

• Night Shift Position (10pm-10am) Monday- Thursday

Quality Control Technician Job Description:

The Grinder Operator is a critical link in the exceptional quality of products we produce for our customers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

o Separate/sort plastic sheets

o Box, label and weigh inventory.

o Follow grinding schedule.

o Load material into grinder and grind into pellet form to be used for reprocessing into sheet form.

o Tear down/break down/clean grinding machine.

o Stage material for upcoming jobs

o Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.

o Regular and punctual attendance

o Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes.

o Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Skills and Requirements:

o Tow motor driving. (after you are hired fulltime)

o Must be able to read and write in English.

o Must be able to read a tape measure.

o Ability to retain information.

o Must be mechanically inclined.

o Proficient at basic math.

o Must be able to work in a team environment.

o Able to communicate clearly with co-workers.

o Able to lift up to 50#

o Able to use hand tools.

o Able to multitask and self-organize.

o Must have worked in a general warehouse setting.

o Follow written safety procedures.

o Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.

o Regular and punctual attendance is a must.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
