Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an individual who exhibits talent and motivation for the position of Talent Management Manager in Waltham, MA, USA. As part of our world-class Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Biopharma Services Sector (BPS) organization has employees who demonstrate the necessary work behaviors to achieve its strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on a global scale and contribute to the success of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate HR or Center of Excellence function, with a focus on talent management or organizational change.

  • Strong project and process management skills.

  • Strong capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with different individuals involved.

  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong relationship-building skills.

As a Talent Management Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, your key responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Set project objectives and develop project plans.

  • Ensure that project goals are achieved and tasks are carried out efficiently.

  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Talent Processes SME & Consultation

  • Understand all Thermo Fisher performance management and development processes.

  • Promote and uphold industry standards and effective approaches.

  • Provide consultative advice to HR partners on talent strategy implementation.

Talent Analytics and Reporting

  • Analyze employee and talent data to create insights.

  • Prioritize where to focus talent solutions.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Managing Relationships with Key Parties

  • Develop and nurture connections with important individuals in the organization.

  • Regularly communicate and collaborate on talent management initiatives.
