We currently have a long-term contract / contract / temporary to permanent opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This original and stable company offers a rewarding work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Waltham, Massachusetts region. Major responsibilities

• Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Create a welcoming environment for visitors

• Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills

• Order office and kitchen supplies

• Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

• Answering all incoming phone calls

  Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Receptionist Duties experience desired

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
