Job Title: Associate Director, Clinical Data ManagementJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Data Management to define and lead our data management strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, this pivotal role will oversee the start-up and execution of multiple, complex trials in collaboration with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), while supporting upcoming submissions. As a key figure in our data management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily data management and vendor oversight activities across multiple clinical trials. This role is a blend of hands-on work and vendor management, wherein you will be one of two data managers handling a Phase III study this year, with two additional studies planned for 2025.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Waltham, Massachusetts and some days remote.

Ideal candidates are based in Boston and can commit to working on-site three days a week. However, exceptional candidates based in the EST time zone and capable of performing this job remotely will also be considered.
