Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist
Kelly Services is partnering with a company in the manufacturing industry seeking candidates with using Ariba, MS Dynamics Experience, B2B Collections and cash applications
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25-28/hr.-
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months contract, potential for extension, hire based on company needs/ performance
Hours: Monday – Friday 8a – 5p Eastern

Requirements:
Recent experience / proficiency with Ariba, Coupa and D365 (MS Dynamics 365)
Comfortable with a contract role with the working hours of Monday – Friday 8a – 5p Eastern
Prior experience successfully working remotely
3-5+ years similar accounts receivable experience from the manufacturing industry
Responsibilities
High Volume entering customer PO’s and invoice submissions
Will be responsible for AR Aging report and must take initiative to learn and be part of team
Collections – business to business
Cash applications - Posting Transactions
Sending invoices (this is not an every day task)
Managing an AR bos (must be good at follow up and follow through
Required experience: to have Ariba, D365 (or MS Dynamics) and Coupa Experience
Monitors/manages AR mailbox
Responds to customer disputes
Enrolls/registers on customer invoice modules
Sends customer welcome packs
Archives completed emails
Escalates as needed
