Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in WALTERBORO, South Carolina. This role primarily focuses on managing the accounting functions of a manufacturing business that sells to national retailers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the implementation of NetSuite and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and processes of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Implement and manage the NetSuite system across the organization

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Manage month-end close processes accurately and timely

• Coordinate budget processes and financial forecasting for the company

• Monitor customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Understanding and expertise in Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing processes

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in NetSuite

• Familiarity with Month End Close processes
