Provides overall supervision of the organization in collaboration with and in the absence of the administrative/executive team. Makes administrative decisions, collaborates with the Nursing Director and other departments, ensures patient and staff safety, and oversees the functioning of the organization. Assists with and facilitates clinical functions.
