Oversee all activities related to financial reporting and planning. Supervise and provide guidance to entry level accounting staff. Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules. Coordinate with the audit teams and assist with annual audit preparations. Responsible for tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Participate in the budgeting process and perform variance analysis. Streamline accounting functions and operations. Develop periodic reports for management. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Proven experience in public accounting. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and finance software. Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
