Description

We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Walnut Creek, California. As part of our team, you will be tasked with providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person, handling account and membership inquiries, and offering technical support to our customers. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers over the phone and in person, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Answer questions regarding account details and membership dues

• Provide technical support and resolve any technical difficulties the customer may be experiencing

• Update the database with new customer profiles and keep members updated on their membership dues

• Process orders for products, ensuring they are shipped out and received in a timely manner

• Assist in the planning and execution of events for members on a quarterly basis

• Maintain a positive attitude and excellent technical skills to effectively handle support questions

• Display strong interpersonal skills, interacting heavily with people on a daily basis

• Exhibit a team-oriented mindset, capable of working effectively in a team environment

• Manage all tasks with the understanding that no task is beneath them.
