Description

Position Summary: The appointed individual will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management within the industry.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the company's monthly close operations and processes in accordance with US GAAP.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accounting standards are met.

• Ensure current schedules are maintained according to corporate accounting.

• Oversee the preparation of annual statements, reports, and analysis in accordance with GAAP.

• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

• Coordinate and lead annual audit process.

• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and maintain compliance.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with other departments and ensure alignment with company polices.

• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA required.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar financial management role.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are beneficial.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and large teams effectively.
